Help give residents a voice in how the estate is managed by representing their needs and views to our managing agent where appropriate.
Help organise responses to planning/licensing applications, and keep residents informed of local issues.

Direct leaseholders to sources of information about leasehold matters, e.g., s.20 consultations and lease covenants.
Help foster a sense of community, keeping residents informed and involved via newsletters, the private Facebook Group, meetings and social events.

RACR is part of the Isle of Dogs network of residents’ associations, comprising RA representatives from developments including Pan Peninsula, The Landmark, Cascades, The Oydssey, Millennium Harbour, New Atlas Wharf, New Providence Wharf and West India Quay.
