ACCESS FOBS

Residents gain entry to the estate grounds, their residential building and car park space by way of an access fob (‘fob”). Each apartment is issued a minimum of two fobs.  A separate fob is provided for each parking space owned: as well as allowing entry to/exit from the car park the fob provides entry to your residential building.

Visitors without a fob can gain access using the buzzer by the main gate and then the entry phone system located at the entrance of each residential building and by the entrance doors in the car park.

Please notify the security office immediately if you lose a fob, to enable them to cancel the card. If you later find your cancelled fob it can be reprogrammed.

If you wish to order an additional or replacement fob please contact your building Concierge. New fobs can only be issued to the owner: if an owner wishes to authorise their Tenant to order an additional/replacement fob they must provide Parkgate Aspen with written permission first.  The Tenant will also need to quote the apartment’s account reference number. [All tenancies must be registered with the landlord - please see letting your apartment]

All fobs are issued/programmed on site and may be collected from the Security Office or your Concierge once confirmation of payment has been received. This may take 1-2 working days.

Please note that additional fobs cannot be provided for parking spaces. This is to prevent misuse of the car park.
