Key waivers and emergency access

Spare keys can be held by the concierge on your behalf. This allows family members, guests, cleaners, contractors, delivery companies, the concierge etc to be given access to your apartment if authorised to do so via a key waiver form. It also helps in the event of losing/forgetting your keys.

Please complete the key waiver form (you can also obtain a copy of the form from your concierge. These details will then be entered in to the ‘Concierge HV’ software system, and you will receive a text and email confirmation each time the keys to your apartment are issued/returned.

Emergency/immediate access to your apartment

Sometimes a resident/owner may need to arrange immediate access to the apartment but is unable to complete a key waiver form. This can be arranged with the concierge by way of a one-time password. The person receiving the key will, in addition to providing photo ID, will also need to confirm the password.

If your key is not held by the concierge please ensure that the emergency contact details for you that are held by the concierge are up to date.  This could help avoid the need for forced entry in the event of an emergency (and the associated repair bill).
